GE2010: Shadow Secretary of State to Campaign in Lincoln

Caroline Spellman the Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government is expected to be campaigning in the northern part of Lincoln later this afternoon with a team of local activists supporting Karl McCartney, the Conservative front-runner, for the Lincoln Constituency.
